Need a hand?

Email q6ntechai@gmail.com and tell us what happened. Please include your device model, iOS version, and the Karak Rush build shown in Settings when possible.

Quick fixes

• No music or sound: check the Music and Effects controls in Settings, then confirm your phone is not muted.
• Game paused: Karak Rush pauses safely when the app moves to the background. Tap Resume and complete the countdown.
• Leaderboard unavailable: confirm you are online and try Refresh. Gameplay and local progress still work without rankings.
• Progress missing: progress is stored on the device. Removing the app or clearing its storage can remove local progress.

How pouring works

Press and hold anywhere during a run to pour karak. Release to stop. Aim for the bright target band, and avoid pouring into closed or already-full cups.

Privacy and data deletion

The online leaderboard is optional. To ask a privacy question or request removal of leaderboard data, email q6ntechai@gmail.com with your public nickname and selected country. We may ask for additional details to avoid deleting another player’s data.
